Model S demographics and surveys

Since it was brought up in one of the recent polls, I decided to produce a survey of Model S Forum readers. Basic demographics and Model S preferences. It more or less compiles multiple polls and expands the demographics a bit.

Since I do not want to pay for Survey Monkey, it's split into two polls.

Survey monkey makes no easy way to display results if you don't pay, but I'll assemble them in a few days.

Yeah...

I modified a stock income question and didn't delete some options before a person answered.

There is a problem iwth your survey. You can't answer "other" it requires an answer other than other or will not allow you to finish the survey.

I had to exit out of both of them as the answers provided were not correct.

I only own one car, so for, "How would you characterize your secondary automobile?" I answered, "I do not own a car," which is not exactly true.
