Model s drivetrain & battery warranty - any issues with a thatcham tracker?

Hopefully putting this in the right place but haven't turned up any relevant answers from a quick search on this forum.

Can anyone give me some clarity/peace of mind on this?

Basic situation is this: Buying a used model S (in the UK), and my finance provider requires that a Thatcham S6 or S7 tracker is fitted to the vehicle, and this is non-negotiable.

Is there any precedence for this leading to warranty claim issues (if needed) from Tesla UK? Tracker would be installed by a qualified specialist, sent out by the supplier fwiw.

Any advice or links pointing me in the right direction on this would be great.

Don't see any S6 or S7. In US, and I am sure in UK, you can use the app on your phone to always track the vehicle. Tesla also knows where it is. Out of 115 stolen, 112 have been recovered.

Thanks - although unfortunately they don't accept the in-built tracking. It needs to be the thatcham system, so I'm still at a bit of a loss.

Sounds very bureaucratic and resistant to proven alternatives that still meet criteria. :)
Find a different bank/credit union.
I don't know how credit scores work in the UK compared to the US (800+ is considered excellent here), but if you have very good to excellent credit, it shouldn't be too difficult to find an institution that will finance the car.
