Hi trading in my S for an X.

Can someone with both, check for me if the all weather mats from the S will fit in the X. Mainly if the front ones are the same.

Have the Tesla all weather in the front, rear and cargo below the floor in the hatch.

Will be getting the new 7 seater.

    Thanks

I do use my old Model S rear mat in the 2nd row of my X. It fits reasonably well and Tesla still doesn't make a rear mat for the 5 seater or updated 7 seater...

I found my BMW Model X rubber mats made a reasonable temporary fit.

New 7 seat meaning: the one with fold down 2nd row seats. That looks like it might be the one. I do not know.

Would you mind snapping a pic of what this looks like? I'm disappointed I can't get the all weather mats for the rear

The X five-seater second row mats just appeared on shop.tesla.com We’re trying to figure if they are/would be identical to the seven-seater second row since August (fold down/60-40). If not, why not say so on the website.

I'm also waiting to see floor mats show up in the Tesla shop for the latest X 7-seater config (mid-September 2017 build)

I am guessing not. I looked at these as well.

If you look close you can see that they do not provide space for the 2nd row seat to slide forward. Maybe could be modified/cut to allow this movement, assuming that the seat legs are even in the same location.

    Looks like more wait time.

Also tying to figure out if the 5 seat rear cargo mat, is the one, for when the 3rd row are down????? From pics it looks like it is the same shape.

Just checked, you can certainly make them fit, but they won't fit right. You'll need to buy X specific ones.
