For those of that follow some of the mods in the Model S forum, this kit is largely discussed in here: 2nd run of camera switch that show a front image on the touch screen
I used this for only a month before I realized I didn't use it much and just kept the HDMI portion.
The full kit includes:
1x Camera switcher
1x Panda/Comma CAN bus kit
1x Front HD camera (brand new, had 2)
...and all cables, remotes, instructions to do the work.
