Model S Headrest Adjustments

I have a new MS 75. It has the seats that had previously been in the MX, with headrests that adjust themselves upwards as the seats are moved back (or conversely, adjust themselves down as the seats are moved closer to the steering wheel). In the MX forum, there is a short discussion that a future update may have software adjustments allowing for us to raise or lower the headrests independent of the seat location. Since they have electric motors for the adjustment and are "smart" enough to act upon moving the seat, this seams feasible.

Does anyone have information on this?

In January, I was told by the service center that there is no support for owner adjustments of the headrests. They can do this at the service center, but I don't know if they will "stay put".
