Model S loaner won’t charge at hone.

Hi guys My model 3 is in SC and they loaded me a model S, but my home charger is a Rolec one and linked to ev energy app, it won’t charge the loaner as it says my car in fully charged. Which it is in the Sc in Milton Keynes.
Anyone know how I can get it to charge ?

Welcome to the forum! I suspect there is a manual mode for the Rolec charging stations so you can charge other EVs. If not, can you reset the values / car in the app? I expect you can do this in the settings.

Seriously you cant just plug in any random car to your home charger? That sounds like something that belongs on r/assholedesign And if so why cant you just use the UMC that came with your loaner? or the UMC that came with your car? (unless you keep that one inside your car)
