Model S LR rear/back screen not turning on?

Hey I just picked up my MS LR and the rear/back screen doesn't turn on. It brightens, but doesn't turn on. It's like bricked. I tried restarting the car multiple times, but the rear screen doesn't turn on. Anyone know how to fix this?

Probably a manufacturing defect. Will likely need a service center appointment.

Theirs an option for lock rear screen, but I put it to unlock
