It will fit over your yacht flooring, however, it's not an OEM Tesla part, but a remake by Taptes. Center Console Insert for Tesla Model S June 2012-May 2016

Note the sliding door, an OEM Tesla part would be one piece but the Taptes is two pieces.

That is an OEM drop in, actually the OEM is two pieces just like that picture shown

I have a drop in from Taptes for my 2014. It took a long time to get, and is typical Chinese quality. That said and considering Tesla doesn’t sell it anymore and used ones go quickly and are very expensive, I am happy with it and it does the job. I would rather have had an OEM for a similar price.
