There aren't any. I think you just have to print the PDF. You should be able to get a copy of your latest one on the mytesla site since you have one.

I remember renting a Model S in October, 2013 and it came with a bound paper manual. It was a P85, so not sure if manuals were provided across the product line even then. Current models only come with a short quick start manual and the online version. Bound Model S manuals are definitely collector's items.
You're not going to find one. Tesla has never printed a full paper manual. There is the quick start manual that's some very basic info and the warranty and legal disclaimers and that's about it.
