Hello everyone!

I bought A 2017 Model S P100D back in 2020 and test drove it rigorously and found no issues mechanically. Even had 2 repair shops take a took as well and same result, it also passed inspection. The title is a lemon law repurchase according to the title. My question is how can I Find out its service history or ultimately why its a lemon/repurchase? I am looking to sell only because I recently moved and can commute to work by either walking or with a ebike. Aslo due to the market for used cars I wouldn’t mind selling it But def do not need to. Any help would be appreciated.

I thought with a lemon purchase they had to disclose the issue. I could be wrong - but I think some states require the manufacturer's docs to go with the branded title explaining what the issue was and how it was corrected. Requirements may be different based on the state you are in.
