Model S recall Problems

I’ve sent my model S 15 plate in for the standard recall to Tesla, Patchway, Bristol regarding the display screen going blank. I was notified 2 days later there was an issue regarding a faulty wiring harness and they couldn’t complete the update required until this was replaced.

They’re saying this was an underlying issue, the car was fine before I gave it them.

My issue is with the poor service I’ve received. I’ve been without my car for 3 weeks now as they’re waiting for the part and have been told it could take another 4-6 weeks! I need my car for business and cannot afford to hire a car, they are refusing to supply a courtesy car. It’s causing me huge problems, does anyone have any advice regarding compensation or pushing this up the chain so I can get a courtesy car?
