First 40 flaps have been rough cut (first 10 sets of 4).

Sorry I didn't get this done earlier, this last week was busy.

Here's what led to this point:

The delay in shipping for the plastic was probably due to this:

Amazon chose to ship 5 1/8th sheets of plastic in 5 separate boxes. 🤪

They sat most of the week until I had time to finalize the rear flap template/tool, and update the front template/tool to match the final changes I made to my front flaps when I corrected the profile.

Here is the fresh plastic complete with scratches right out of the box:

If you look closely you can see my final cut tracing inside the rough cuts:

Which leads me to the final bit for this post:

Here is what is left to do:
1. Fine cut with scoring blade and scroll saw to get the perfect shapes.
2. Sanding, a whole lot of sanding.
3. Drilling all the flaps using the tools.
4. Thermoforming all the integrated clips with a torch.
5. Thermoforming the flap shapes to match the wheel well shapes.

I'll keep you posted as the steps progress.

Everyone asking to be added to the list, I see you.

Awesome update! Is it too late to switch to rough side toward the rear of the car? I decided I might prefer that for consistency!
