Model S Refresh Regen in kW?

Does anybody know the amount of regen it is capable of in kW? How aggressive does it feel compared to a 3 Performance with the highest regen setting of each?

I am particularly interested in Long Range but would be interested to know if Plaid is capable of more.

It's pretty similar in the Plaid, though I feel like my Model 3 P slowed maybe just a tad quicker. The S is pretty heavy, which I'm sure doesn't help.
