Model S Refreshed Tail Light

Hi All,
Does anyone know what the center LED strip on the trunk side of the new tail lights is for, if anything?

Not sure what you’re saying but I think it’s the blinker.

The blinker is below the "rectangle" light. I don't know what's in the middle of the trunk side of the rectangle.
