This spec incl HPWC would have been $90,600 plus $1,170 delivery & fees but after the tax credit. Whoever bought the car has paid a pretty handsome premium if they can't get the tax credit and still have to arrange transport(?).

Not terrible, though, considering that many exclusive cars command a minimum $10,000 "opportunity fee" charged by dealers to get the car before every one else. 10K above MSRP was what many M5's are going for at present.

I wonder if the sale will be completed. I see that he represented the car as New and from a franchised dealer.
