These are the wheels, but in silver color. Check with Discount Tire or someone similar to see if your tires will work. I suspect they will.
Let me know. I didn't want to ship, but I will assuming you will pay shipping costs.

I checked this link Model S 19" Slipstream Wheel and Winter Tire Package
and there is an option for VINs less than P50900 or geater than. The last 6 digits of my VIN is 131723 and not sure how to interpret the "P".

P means production vehicle. Your VIN IS 131723 which is greater than 50900.
Mine is 175960. So I THINK we are ok on that front.
But I'd rather you ask your local Tesla service center or a tire store since you are not local.

The wheels will work on your car, @waichner

The older cars have an older TPMS that only give high or low pressure warning. Newer cars with newer TPMS give individual tire pressure on the screen. Hence the VIN number range on Tesla’s website.

If you had the older tire with a newer car, you can use the tire, just need to get the TPMS swapped. In this case it looks like the tires should work on your car without changing TPMS.
