no but... be careful

there is very little clearance around the front tires for chains of any kind before they start interfering / hitting suspension parts, namely the upper ball joint
Chains should never be put on the front tires of a Tesla. The only chains that should be used are ones that only attach to the outside of the tire like the Trak Sport or Konig otherwise damage to the lower control arm will result. The Tesla supplied Trak SPorts have always been hard to come by.
