Model S Snow Tires with TPMS

This site may earn commission on affiliate links.
I have a set of Michelin X-Ice tires used for only one season sitting in storage waiting for a new owner. They are mounted to OEM Split spoke wheels and have early TPMS (from a 2014 Model S) sensors in them. Please do your own homework to find out if these will work on your car.

The wheels are perfect with no cub rash, the exception being one wheel that was chipped from storage (See photo). Should not be an issue for a set of snow wheels/tires.

Many of the older cars got upgraded over the years. The quick and easy way is if you can see what the pressure is in each tire, then you have the TPMS system of the 50900+ VIN cars in the older car. My old 2013 was upgraded, as were many others.
