Model S - Swap 21" turbine wheels with 19" slipstream or cyclone wheels in Sacramento, CA

I have 2013 P85 Model S with 21" gray turbine wheels (rims) with Michelin Pilot Super Sport Performance Radial Tire - 245/035R21 96(Y). The tires are driven about 5k miles with more than 50% tread on them as of 05/07/2019, and well cared.
The rims (wheels) are in good condition with some minor curb scratches on two of them and other two are perfect.
I am looking to swap them out for 19" slipstream or cyclone wheels with some other tesla model S owner. Prefer someone local in the Saramento area, Bay area or North Cali. Please email me at [email protected] for more details
