Model s temperature

has this happened to any one. This morning the outside temp was 60 degrees. The car was plugged in and charging from last night. Once I started to drive the temp on the dash registered as 90 and immediately started to tick down over the next minute or so to the correct temp. I did notice that the umd was a bit warm when I unplugged it. Is this normal or not. I have not noticed it before.

I have never had that, even immediately after charging. Mine reads my garage temp and quickly rises or lowers when I leave. I don't know where the sensor is. I would guess that the car was doing something since the UMC was warm and there was a pocket of warm air near the sensor.
