Model S unlimited supercharging

Hello Everybody! Im considering buying a Model S with unlimited supercharging (b4 2017). I´ve been looking for oficial info but couldnt find any so I thought here people really know about all this topics.

I wanted to know if unlimited supercharging is linked to the car independently from who the owner is. I mean if i didnt buy the car from tesla I am still getting this benefit?

If I am using the car as a VTC (uber driver for example) is there any limitation?

This is one of the many reasons it's been removed/altered on some, restricted to owners and non-transferable on others, etc. etc.
