There's not really anything there that doesn't have to be replaced, except for the body. And they have to do it without a factory. I'm guessing they're gonna call that totaled.

Until you bring it to a service center to get all the electronics turned on and they refuse because its a salvage title.

Usually a flooded ICE car means all the electronics have to be replaced and your good to go, so what does that mean on an electric car....

Well the current bid is $25. I'd pay that and just pull the wheels and tires off and see about scraping the rest of the car.
