Is there a way to get an owners manual? I'm not interested in sitting in car and reading off screen. If I could download to my IPad and bring in house that would be good or get a hard copy.

It should be available on Sign into My Tesla | Tesla Motors after logging in. Scroll down to Documents > Model S Guides

It's a PDF and opened ok on my iphone, so it should be fine on an ipad.

EMail it to yourself.
When it arrives, touch it to download.
Then touch it to view it.
Then, at the top right corner is the document + up arrow icon - touch that and "open in iBooks."

Now it's with you all the time and you can use it like you would any other reading material on the pad.
