curious, what fleet?

I've recently taken over a limo business in San Diego CA and have been transitioning the cars to Teslas. We replaced two of our towncars with 2 Model Ses and now have an Escalade ESV for extended SUV jobs.

Looking forward to getting a couple of Xes for the fleet. Gonna be amazing!

Also it's great from a gas and maintenance POV, we were spending so much in gas. Now our drivers use primarily HPWCs and sometimes superchargers if far from home base.

Website still in progress (the old owners didn't have one) american-corporate

Mod if this constitutes advertising feel free to redact or I wouldn't mind becoming a sponsor of TMC lol

What is the offset of the Model X wheels... 40mm?
This is essential information for deciding if they fit on Model S. ET should be 35 or less.
(And I don't have that information.)

The 22" tires are 265 and 285x35x22 ... what are the specs on the 20" tires?
The 20" wheels have front tyres in size 265/45-20 and back tyres in size 275/45-20.
You'd have to swap them for 245/40-20 front and 275/40-20 (or 285/35-20) back to comply with Model S specs.

Yes, the Model X 20" wheels with a 40 series tire aspect ratio (profile) should be a perfect fit on a Model S.

A 265/40-20 rear will nearly duplicate the factory staggard set-up.

I have owned a square 245/40-20 wheel/tire set up fo 2.5 years with 9K miles discussed on an old post.

I will be moving to T Sportline's new gloss gray 20x9" ET 35 turbines when they become available with 245/40-20 front and 265/40-20 rear.

You're absolutely right, but there is hardly any supply in tyres with those dimensions.
That's why you see 275/40 and 285/35 being used. (I mounted 285/35-20 Pirelli for summer use and will switch next season, after 20.000 miles, to 275/40 Michelin most likely.)

295/35 would be ideal, but only fits with very low ET (offset) and starts to poke outboard.

Yes, that is a Fisker wheel. I use Yokohoma Parada's which is a all season tire. When the tires are replaced in a few years on my Model X, I intend change from what ever Tesla installs to Yoko's then as well. Love the tire. Just have to order the 285 and 265 in advance.

Cool. Thanks. I thought I remembered you mentioning elsewhere that you had a Karma. Haven't seen one in a while now. I know there are a few in my area though.

The PCD fits but width may not. The X has bigger wheel wells. So S wheels will fit in X but not vice versa.
I bought the BBS FI's to fit on my S but they didn't fit. I've been sitting on them for years hoping the fit the X and they should :p
