Picking up my X this week and switching out the wheels for some TST wheels. I'm located in the Bay Area (San Francisco).

I believe so but I would suggest verifying that. The wheels I have replaced these with are compatible with both the S and X so I'm assuming these should fit in a S as well. Note that these wheels are staggered.

20" X wheels will fit on an X but the stock tires will not. You will need to buy low profile tires to make them fit properly.
