2018 model X 75D. I have no key.. Unlocked the driver door after jumping the 12 V.. On the screen unlocked all doors , open the charge port door and there is no light around the port? The lock pin will not retract. I manually released the lock and plugged in the charger It started flashing blue and then turned red and quit.. Screen said cannot charge when manually released. Pressing the button on the charge cord handle only opened the port door and and no action from the lock pin servo?
Press the unlock port on the screen nothing?
