Anyone fitted aftermarket tow bar in Europe?
There is a difference in EU type approval variant; cars without factory tow bar have 0kg allowed towing weight. So if you just fit it afterwards it's illegal to tow anything. Bike rack is OK, though.
Anyway.. Local authorities here (Finland) say that I need a document which shows differences between the car versions, and then show proof that car is changed to exactly match the other version.. Anyone have such document? I'm 99% sure Tesla won't write me one if I ask.
I don't have a MX yet, but I have a good candidate which I could buy but it doesn't have the frigging tow bar..
