Has anyone had their X up to the governed max speed of 155 mph? What was it like both in terms of driving, wind noise, and consumption?

I can neither confirm nor deny achieving speeds in excess of 145mph in my MX.
Eh, if you live in Montana I'm willing to bet such a theoretical event would be safe both in practice and from the law.
I can attest, theoretically, to the fact that there is a stretch of 191 north of Livingston, Montana, where 155 mph is not only safe, the road may have even been made for those speeds. Theoretically, one can have a conversation with a passenger on that road wherein it is noted that the car is travelling at about the same speed as a prop plane.
Ah yes, the stretch between Wilsall and White Sulphur Springs. I may have topped an AMG Mercedes out on that road...
I've had my X up to 155km/h...oh wait...nevermind. Damn US units.
May have gone too fast in my rental minivan on the 407 in Toronto near VaughanI can also (like the guy from Montana) neither confirm nor deny hitting 180km/hr very briefly on the 407...Its no 155mph but I also didn't want a road side seizure haha
Of what I could stand to watch, it topped at 248 km/h. That's 154 mph. Close enough.
If you get pulled over would it really matter if you were doing 112 or 122? They'll nail yr a$$ the same exact wayThe highest I did was 112 mph (on the 133 toll road). I could have gone higher but didn't want to sacrifice my accident/ticket free driving record.
