Model X BCM Change

Hi, I purchased a flooded Model X, and had to replace the BCM ( Body Control Module that is just under the glove box, on top of the copilot feet)
I purchased a use BCM and now I have issue with the key as the BCM is tied with its own key.
I know there are elements of the old BCM that can be taken out and placed into the new one to recognize the key.
Can anyone tell me which ones?
Thanks

Did you ever get this figured out? I installed an update on my 2015 MS P90D and both of my keyfobs stopped working. Tesla unsuccessfully tried reprogramming the fobs twice. Tesla has no clue what's wrong and wants me to pay 240/hr for diagnosis and Electrified garage tells me I need to replace the BCM.

If you replace a BCM, it needs to be programmed. Also both keys must be programmed with the BCM. This needs to be done with Tesla Toolbox 3.
Also some parts are known that they can't be used in different cars than the car it was used in. I can imagine that the BCM can't be connected to another car.
