Model X Brakes

Hello,

I have a 2017 Model X P100D. Just curious if the following Brembo kit for my rear fits: KT00410 – Brembo Store USA

The rotors in the kit have the same diameter and thickness. However the break pad thickness in the kit (14.7) is much thicker than the spec in my on-screen manual (9mm). Is that a problem? Presumably not because its sold as a kit, but Im clueless on this.

Also, if anyone can recommend an aftermarket brake/rotor for the rear it would be helpful - presumably I have the Brembo Single Piston Rear Caliper?

Just checking here if anyone knows if this is a 4 piston brembo, single piston brembo, or a single piston mando

I just did a rotor and pad replacement on my 2019 MX. I ordered the parts from PartsGeek. I just made sure I got parts from the Brembo setup I have in the front and the regular in the rear and it worked out fine

I only can suggest any MX owner to change to EBC rotors and EBC yellow staff brake pads:
TESLA Model X - Perfect Brakes Discs, Pads and Shoes
EBC brakes are by far better compared to the original ones.
And Brembo aftermarket brake pads are not as 'good' as the factory ones.
