Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone could help with a charging issue. I recently got a MX. Charging it at home with NEMA 14-50, working fine.
At my office there is an EV charger (Turbo Dock). At first I was getting around 9 miles/hr charging rate.
Now, it basically doesn't work at all. Charging gets interrupted after 10-15 minutes. Sometimes it starts back up again, but mostly not. If it does start up, it goes down to 3 miles/hr charging.
I've attached some pics. Is this an issue with the EV charger or something I can control? There are a couple of the same chargers at my office, and they all seem to do the same thing.
