This is a great idea. I guess we'll need multiple "regional tours" for this to work. My wife and I would love to get to see one in person!

Just want to point out that the two posts above were made about 26 hours apart! (With others made in between!)

And don't get me wrong, Andrew--I very much appreciate this! Because I've already shown my wife the picture above, and said, "And you say --I-- have a problem?"

I am actually laughing out loud now. When I posted it I knew someone would call me on the fact I said I was going to be offline for a week (didn't happen), and I told my wife, "five bucks says someone shows this pic to their wife (significant other) just to prove it's not just them."

Yeah, I showed it to her. But what I didn't say is that my first thought when I saw your picture was, "I wonder if my phone is water-proof enough to do that!"

(It's an HTC One M8, so officially it's not supposed to be, but there have been test videos made that demonstrate that it is.)

those of us living in tucson too would love to see the model x in person. Would you be willing to set up a time and place so that we might drool over yours? We would be willing to drive to phoenix but maybe you would like to meet us at casa grande supercharger.

This delivery wil be Tesla buy number four and number five. All five ordered while sitting at home using an iPad. I have never actually been inside an Arizona Tesla boutique store or experienced a test drive. I was planning to ask the Scottsdale Fashion square store if they would be OK if I did a meet up at their store parking lot charger. I will ask my delivery specialist about setting it up when I pick up the cars at the Service Center.

The first time I touched or saw a Model S was when our first S unloaded in front of my house in early 2013. It is a little interesting to buy these cars without seeing or driving them. So if it works to give people a chance to see them before buying I would enjoy being able to do it. Stay tuned and I will post here as things get to done and delivered.

The Casa Grande SC is a great idea. I will post here and should be able to set something up the first week of January.

Hey all..

I had intended on having the "tour" not only scheduled at this point, but also executed. Unfortunately, it appears my founders X by referral (FbR) will now not be delivered until the end of Feb/early March. All but two (mine included) of the FbR cars have already been delivered, and quite a number of signatures, so if someone else would like to pick this up and run with it, please feel free. If nobody does, then I'll reconsider it when my X shows up. By early March it's possible the sales centers will have demo cars, removing the need for us to fill in the gap.

I suggest that there will still be so few cars over this month to next that your inspired activity would still be valuable. Carry on. I'll be there. I'm headed to Katies I think, weather permitting.

I always forget.. Sat @ 7? Sun @ 7? If you're definitely going to be there I'll likely come and bring my wife. She hasn't had a chance to see an X in person yet.
