In the paint protection film industry, there are 2 general categories. Precut kits and Custom applications. Depending on your needs in terms of quality and seamlessness, custom in general is the way to go. Precut kits are the quickest way to get the film laid down, but if you are picky, you may want to look closely to edge wraps especially around corners and also the number of pieces per panel such as the front bumper itself.

With that said, this is our 5th Model X in for a full vehicle protection app. Every aspect of this application is done custom, which means the seams are tucked wherever possible. We always recommend to view applications and films on cars in person. For private consultation at our facility, please feel free to contact us at 510-623-1308 or by email: [email protected]

Thank you for the post Premier. I recently did much research about the clear protections and wish I had put something on when I first received delivery of my Model S. Sadly, it probably isn't worth it on my S at this point (barring a repaint). Lesson learned though, I'm interested in the custom bra when my Model X arrives. Can you message me pricing on this and options / recommendations? I've compared work of yours and your competitor and only want the best. I was in your shop last week for a consultation but did not get a quote. Can't recall who I spoke with. Thanks in advance.

I'm taking mine in on April 2nd right after pick up at the factory. Used Premier for my previous 3 cars and all of them are fully wrapped and have photosync. I will be doing the same and this time adding the Escort quad laser diffusers. I went in to see them yesterday to go through all of my options and saw another Model X along with 3 Model Ss getting similar work done. These guys are by far the best I've seen. If you're very very ocd about things, don't consider anyone else. I will post delivery pics soon! so excited.

Having a great relationship with our Tesla community - next week alone, we have our facility full of Xs...that's a lot considering we can fit 25

Below with 6 Model Xs on one day.

Yes we do, but our focus is really on custom apps. To become proficient on precut kits will take a few years and more after to become real specialists. On the custom level, it takes well beyond those years to truly be a master of.
