I haven't seen this elsewhere in the thread, but I spoke to my Delivery Specialist this evening, and he told me the roll out will be live streamed on tesla.com.

Since I had to RSVP my regrets I certainly plan to watch it on my 24" screen!

The "live" portions that are streamed usually last 30 minutes to as long as it takes for the announcements.
The socializing starts in the parking lot, continues with the entrance to food and drink at 7 PM and these type of events usually end at 10 or 11 PM. The event crowd lessens as the evening progresses.

What email address did the (assumed email) invite come from? I need to search my IMAP inbox and see if I received an invite and don't know it. I was offline for the last four days camping and the unread emails have piled up. I'd hate to miss this event unnecessarily! Thankfully I'm in San Francisco all week.

I can't wait to see up close and personal what my $40k Signature deposit and reservation are going to buy me. It's been a pleasure driving around in a 2014 P85+ for the last year and a half, but it's always really been about the MX for our business and family. I can see us owning multiples of the MX.

The event is already full, so unless you can talk Tesla in to letting you in or finding someone who will take you as their +1 I'm afraid you'll miss the event. I wouldn't waste time looking for the email.

Serious answer: I can only speak from the 'D' event. I saw perople dressed in T shirts and jeans all the way up to cocktail dresses and 3 piece suits. I will be doing jeans.
