Serious answer: I can only speak from the 'D' event. I saw perople dressed in T shirts and jeans all the way up to cocktail dresses and 3 piece suits. I will be doing jeans.

Apple does it's events in the mornings. Tesla does it's events in the evenings. Maybe it's because the latter can't afford to lose entire day of work.

Can't tell if this is sarcasm.... but the joke is that all the Model X mule drivers seemed to be wearing plaid shirts and we started arguing (jokingly) about the significance of that fact. I still think the green dot is crucial.

I feel little bit like watching Formula 1 on TV: I envy you guys for being there in person, but then again, I'll get to watch it in HD from the comfort of my couch with no 2 meter tall guy in front of me in 25th row... The late launch time sure jerks the east coast folks around, having to be up around midnight. Shame it couldn't start streaming around 3pm or 4pst, so Europe could enjoy it live too. Oh well - just greatfull to have a spot in line.
