Does anyone have the details on the loyalty offer for Model X?

I put in an order for a new X mid January. Had planned to trade in my older X as part of the order. Even received an estimate from Tesla on the offer.

Sent an an e-mail to [email protected], and they said I don't qualify based on my current lineup? Curious if anyone had successes with the offer?

Take a look at what your trade-in is worth on the private party market. They're not doing you any favors with a "$3k promo" on what is likely half of what the vehicle is actually worth. Tesla doesn't want to be in the used car business and it's very clear with their abysmal trade offers. Why they announced a promo on them is beyond me.
