It can be changed to anywhere in Canada and you must be Canadian or a Canadian Resident to assume the contract.

Hey, quick update because I get asked this a lot;

I'm looking to sell the car for current cost + $2,500 CAD. Current price to order an X today is about $159,290 plus tax on the Tesla Website.

My contract is for about $10k less than that, so that would be my profit, about $12,500. You get the car relatively now, for and I get some return on my cash. Ideally I would assign you the contract before delivery so that it was just registered in your name from the get go.

MSG me if you're interested. Canadians or people with Canadian Residency only. If you're American, you'll have to wait until I take delivery to come get her and change the registration.
