I think the Model X is a stylish car. Much more so than the Model S in my opinion.
I also think the 22'' wheels are an absolute MUST in the looks department. It helps with the overall stance of the vehicle.
After I took delivery of my X100D last Sat, I immediately took it for a full front Xpel film, side window tint, and chrome delete with a satin black film. I'll post photos when done.
Has anybody done other mods to the vehicle? Feel free to explain / post photos!

I tried to capture these mods, also known as "Life-Hacks" in this thread: Model-X life-hacks

Well I guess Model X's owners are not big on mods / accessories ;)

True. I saw that thread after. But it still didn't strike me as big on mods.

those aren't mods - those are accessories.

    Modifications are like:

    - lowering 1" (using @UnpluggedP lowering brackets)
    - window tint 35%
    - chrome delete (using wrap; not plasti dip)
    - Novitec Carbon Fiber Package (front lip; side skirts; rear valance)
    - PedalBox Throttle Response Mod.
    - aftermarket wheels (AG Luxury AGL23)

    My list :)

in that case, i have 15% tint so far on the front windows, still need to do the windshield, and considering tinting over top of the factory tint as well.

FWIW, I think it's super sharp! Clean. Good work.

This is exactly the same setup I will be doing once I get my MX. Full XPEL wrap, chrome delete, 22" Onyx wheels, and maybe CG Quartz (not sure if this is a must have yet). I do plan on keeping the rear emblems but chrome delete them all.

Did you re-do the factory rear tints with 3M crystalline or is that stock? And what % tint did you do on the sides?

I think the front tints complete the overall look of the car compared to non-tinted front side windows. I do have slight concerns about tinting front windows in CA though. My other car (Nissan GTR) also has front tint windows and I haven't had any issues yet.... but could be just a matter of time.

Looks really sharp! Was the trim wrapped or painted? Got my trim wrapped. But they couldn’t do the rear chrome piece on the trunk. So prob gonna get that painted.

Also. Have 15% tint on the sides, 40% on windshield (one piece).

You can visit our Model X page for a range of products.

We have gloss/matte carbon fiber and wood interior accessories.

Our 22" Forged Wheels are a great way to extend range by reducing unsprung mass.

Below are photos of a Pearl White Model X with 22" MX115 Forged Wheels, Gloss Carbon Fiber Center Console, Gloss Carbon Fiber Dash Panel Kit, and Gloss Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel

    Wheel: MX115 Forged
Size: 22x9.0" front, 22x10.0" rear (approximately 36% lighter than a factory 22” staggered Turbine wheel set, approximately 23% lighter than a factory 20" Slipstream wheel set)
    Finish: Matte Black
Tires: Pirelli Scorpion 265/35-22" front, 285/35-22" rear
Other: Uses factory lug nuts & our matte black lug nut covers, accepts factory center cap, uses original TPMS.

EFI, Turbo, EGT guages, Thrush mufflers, lowered car with cut frame and titanium sparklers, falcon door deletes with front gull wing doors, 6 speed tranny, Strange engineering rear axle, chop top, hydraulic brake boost, ....

LOL. No real mods for these cars. More like changes in lipstick color. Not much to do on these cars... except enjoy an insane ride!

For what it's worth, I think this is well done.... I'm not big on blacking out the car, but this is the first I've really liked, perhaps because it's done with white paint...
