I also ordered on the 16th. I haven’t made any changes, waiting on the VIN so I can finish the insurance and loan stuff. Any idea how long it usually takes these days?

I don't. And it seems my sales guys is new enough that he's not really sure. Would love to have someone who knows chime in. Anyone?

Just look at the google spreadsheet that this whole thread was meant for and get an idea based on a lot of helpful MX owners that entered their milestone dates.

It is probably the best aggregate of time-span info available though.

Sorry. I should have been more specific. I was just hoping there may be someone with Tesla lingering in here that might have some up-to-date inside info.

Placed initial order on 16th. Made configuration change on 18th. Site claimed delivery within 2 weeks. Ha. Guess the wait is on to see the real timeframe.

Same here. Keep me posted on yours, as I'm curious how quickly we will get these dudes in! I'm in OK, but I'm picking up in Kansas City - well, as soon as I hear I can....

I’d recommend calling your delivery specialist because my online account hasn’t changed from my order number. I just asked for an update, and he was like, “well actually.......” So you may have a vin assigned and not know it; at least that’s how it is on my end. Delivery may not be as quick as July 29th either. We shall see. I’ll let you know.

Okay, production is final on mine. Got a text that said it is in transit and ready to be scheduled. I had the options via the text link for 7/31-8/02, and time slots of 10am-11.30am in 30 min increments (because I'm picking up in Kansas City as opposed to delivery to the house). However, if you call your delivery specialist, you can choose the date and time you want. All that to say - order date of 7/16, and earliest delivery date of 7/31 - not too shabby.

I got the same text this morning. My delivery date is 7/30... maybe one less day to deliver to AZ vs OK (?).
