Coming from a Model S Refresh I know that many rocks are thrown and damage paint on the MS since the rear is wider than the front.

With that said, do folks experience this with the Model X Plaid as well? I searched but have yet to find any options for the refreshed Model X. Tesla made some slight changes to the pre-refresh flaps won’t work.

What’s everyone using?

There is a thread about this here but I had my car wrapped in xpel stealth ppf straight from delivery. After driving it for one week, the wrap was ruined by rocks and salt being kicked up. Fortunately the wrap shop is redoing the wrap on all 4 doors that were ruined. I tried a few sets off amazon and the rears fit just fine but they don't fit in the front on Plaids. They bulge out and would rub against the tire on turns. Realistically, I could've just cut the inside corner of the mudflap and it would fit fine but figured i'd wait for the correct ones.

Thanks for the note. I will also be on the lookout for flaps and post here is I find anything. I may try these from ZL1 AddOns. I had them on my Durango SRT and they performed well.

Interesting. Please lmk how these are if you end up getting them.
So I ordered and received the flaps from ZL1 Addons. Unfortunately they are for the previous years Model X and the fronts will not fit. I did alter them slightly to be able to use them to hold me over until an updated design or another product is released. Here are some pics.

So are they just being held on by clips right now? I kinda like how thin and low profile they are. Thanks for posting
