Model X refresh - Questions about rear Screen

I have never used the rear screen in my 2022 - Model X. I have just received the new software update - which references wireless game controllers. So, I have some questions about this screen, I apologize if these are obvious and/or if they have been previously addressed. I am really weak with using these forums.

1. Is it possible for rear passengers to use some headsets to listen to what is playing on the rear screen?
2. Can I be driving and listening to music - while rear passenger uses the rear screen for some other input - like U tube or Netflixs? If so, how?
3. Is there any manual or other good resource to learn about using the rear screen?

PS - I have a love hate relationship with my Tesla. Love the car - love the FSD - but still have troubles with the service departments...

I agree about the service department. It’s the only downside to this car compared to my 2003 Lexus.

Any help on getting wireless controllers to work with my 2022 Model X refresh - would be appreciated. I bought a PS - PS5 wireless controller- but have not been able to pair it with my car. The Tesla Bluetooth searches - but never finds it.

I was able to pair a PS4 controller. Took a few attempts. But steam doesn't seem to recognized it while the rest of Arcade has no issue. I had to use USB connection for steam.
