Model X - Remote window control, Close on lock etc.

Can anyone with a Model X (circa 2020) tell me whether you're able to open and close your window with the app and whether you have the option to close windows on lock?

I don't have a X myself but my mate does, a P100D 6 seater delivered Sept 2020. He's a bit narked that my M3 will close all the windows when it locks and on further investigation he can't manually control the windows with the app either. He's asked the chap and Tesla (Leeds) and was given the old shrugged shoulders treatment along with being assured that the software was up to date.

Is this something that not available on Xs (can't understand why) or does he need to push a little harder with the service centre / wine bar?

Has he tried a third party app like Tessie or Remote for Tesla?

AFAIK it's just not a feature on S or X, sunroof controls were though on earlier models.

3rd party App called Remote for Tesla lets you roll down and up windows. No roll up on lock available as of yet.
