Model X rotors on Model S

Tried to Google it, didn't get any answers
Question is, if someone is selling Model X rotors will they fit Model S, specifically front ones?
Are there any difference in between two braking systems? Can I safely use X rotors and pads on my S?

P.S. Reason is why I'm asking, I want to buy used lightweight rotors that was installed on X and seller doesn't know if it fits S.
