Have you called them at all? I called them today and they were great. We actually just changed my X to the 7 seater instead of the 6. Changing it was no problem. They have been great. I’ve emailed back and forth with my agent about 10 times today.
A couple times actually through the main phone line. But the Delivery Specialist in my local shop/service centre was more useful haha.
Sweet! We went with a 6-seat configuration but I feel like we should've went with 7 – But too late now, I actually got an e-mail just a few minutes ago saying our MX just finished production and is going to be assigned to a truck to ship to my city pretty soon. DS said I'll probably be looking at next weekend for pick-up! Super excited.
