Model X Trade-In Price way to low

So long as Tesla keep improving every year, depreciation will be a thing. That being said, I would think that the price decreases should start to slow down by now. I mean, a model X 100D was $120-130K 3 years ago, and is now $80-90K depending on seat configuration. I may decrease another $10K, but then it'll start to get awfully close to a Y.

Best insurance is to do a lease. Yes financing is more expensive, but they don't charge you the sales tax for the residual value (at least in CA) until you buy it out. So, if changing cars every 3 years, it's a wash IMO, and definitely cheaper than taking a bath on the resale.
