Model X won't lock because it says FWD is open

So, although the FWD on the driver's side looks closed, car is telling me that the door is open and won't lock. So I need to leave the car unlocked all night. I tried pushing on the open and close buttons for a few seconds each (as suggested in some other posts) but didn't help. Any other suggestions to lock the car or turn it off overnight until I can call service in the morning?

I think there is a FWD recalibration process in the manual. Perhaps it might solve the issue.

Thanks. I had to leave it unlocked over night and the next morning it closed and locked properly. Have not used that door since. Planning on selling the car. Bad quality. Very happy with my Tesla Model 3 though.

Thanks for replying but that did not work. The door closed and locked properly the next day.
