Find a reputable paintless dent repair company. It appears that most of the damage is residual paint from the garage wall, it's hard to see actual damage. It's possible it can be worked out w/o major $$$!

The plastic trim is easy to replace. the rear door and quarter panel have to be repaired, painted and blended in. I don't think they will need to replace the quarter panel. They will probably straighten out the dent and putty the area, sand, and paint.
Looks like $3000-$4000 repair.

I'd like to see a photo after all the residual garage paint is removed. A good paintless dent repair shop might be able to work this out.

Since you already have the pics in case you want to make a claim, I'd polish the area. Wax will get a lot of that garage paint off and it wont look nearly as bad. That said, it wont look new and will surely need clear coat on the affected areas

I have 2 teenagers who have both banked a car off the house pulling into the garage. I've had good results with WD-40 to remove the paint transfer and ScratchX to reduce the visibility of the scuff. You can order the black plastic fender garnish from Tesla and replace it yourself.

The more I look closely at your damage, that doesn't look like white paint transfer, that looks like deep gouging in the metal, and all of the light areas are bare aluminum and steel, is that correct? If so, you'll definitely need a professional body shop to fix this. Agree it is in the $3-4K repair.
