Model Y 5 seater sliding second row retrofit / mod from a 7 seater

Searched but did not find. Has anyone thought or talked about a possible second row seat retrofit on a 5 seater model Y from a 7 seater? The appeal to access the front part of the cargo room from the back without going to the hatch as well as an option to slide the seats forward and back for more cargo with passengers is appealing. I probably need to meet up with a fellow 7 seater and take measurements but knowing tesla…mounting points should be the same.

I can see that being nice if you need a bit more cargo room but still want/need the rear seats upright.

Interested in this as well if there's ever an easy-in / easy-out option. Wife and I were on the fence for a while regarding 5-seater vs 7-seater but ultimately went with 5 due to the size of the 3rd row (and price bump +$1,000USD IIRC).

I'd take a two seater if they made one. My trunk is always full of tools and junk anyway

I mean if you’re hauling a lot stuff and it’s crammed back there…you’d want a way to access the opposite end.
