Model y ac blowing hot air

My model y after two months of service mode at the body shop, when I got the my car ac blowing hot air. Please help

same issue on my MYP...they had to replace the wiring harness to the heat pump, it was grounded out and not functioning. Been working fine a month after that. I did NOT wait for a service appointment, I went straight into the torrance location and they got the car in that day. They said any AC issues to bring it straight in because of the heat waves this summer. GL

Heat pump is what is used to air condition the car by the way...has nothing to do with heat

Go back to the body shop and complain, there is nobody here able to help you.
