Nah.. they send a weekly email that tells you to 'drive less' and stuff but unless you're ragging it they don't take any action. After 3 months they decided to take the box back so for a 200 quid discount it was worth it.
I crossed the country in my Y with the black box and they never mentioned it or penalised me for it. Loads of times during rush hour. It's just not a thing outside of truspilot reviews (written by teenagers who don't want to admit to their parents they were driving like nutters so 'it must be that one time I drove during rush hour').
